Using your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
User and vendor responsibilities
Users must comply with applicable law and avoid fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, misleading statements and infringement. Vendors are responsible for accurate listings, inventory, fulfillment, and applicable obligations for their products.
Listings and intellectual property
Listings are provided by vendors and may change or become unavailable. Do not copy, upload, or use content that you do not have the right to use. Marketplace names, branding and other content remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.
Payments and cancellations
Available payment methods and order totals are presented at checkout. Payment providers may perform authorization and processing. Contact support promptly about cancellation requests; cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or shipment.
Suspension and termination
Accounts or listings may be restricted when necessary to address suspected violations, security issues or applicable legal requirements. Contact support to raise a question about an account restriction.
Disputes and liability
Contact support first with order or account disputes. Rights and remedies under applicable law remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for indirect or consequential losses; nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
